Basic, Gold & Platinum support plans provide up to 24×7 software support and maintenance via telephone, email and web. In addition, hardware break/fix plans include Next Business Day (NBD) as well as advanced shipment options. Finally, the Platinum Support plan provides a Remote Monitoring and call-home function, which enables Amplidata Global Support Centers to perform daily monitoring of customer systems, with pro-active software and hardware support based on real-time system conditions.
